A Colorado native, Alexis McLean has traveled to Southeast Asia, Mexico, and New Zealand to ski and climb. During her college years, she earned a degree in Fine Art and spent ample time in Southwest Colorado exploring the backcountry in the San Juan Mountains, climbing Utah desert rock, and traveling to climbing destinations around the states. Her paintings reflect her adventurous spirit. Working as an alpine ski coach, mentor, and private art teacher, she supports her ways of the wild. She currently lives in Denver, Colorado, and is pursuing her professional art career.
