Jackson Chen

Jackson has spent a lifetime exploring the intersection of tech and the outdoors, eagerly monitoring the world of action sports with an eye toward the newest cameras, drones, and tech tools to hit the market that might bring his visions to life. He has a passion for capturing footage in the field and takes particular pleasure in documenting scenes from his many extensive climbing trips and the long days he spends on his skateboard back home in Connecticut. After studying Journalism at SUNY Purchase, he spent a decade covering the local news and real estate for news outlets in New York City. Today, he relies on those same reporting skills to filter through the finer details and dive into comparison testing of a broad range of consumer tech and outdoor gear products.
